Pressure Washing
Pressure Washing in Port Orchard & Kitsap County
Driveways, patios, sidewalks, pavers, decks and commercial concrete, deep-cleaned with commercial-grade surface cleaners and hot-water rigs.

Concrete, pavers and brick soak up years of tire scuffs, oil drips, rust runs, algae streaks and organic grime. A garden hose won't touch it, and a big-box rental machine either etches the concrete or wanders around leaving stripes. Our commercial 8 GPM machines and professional surface cleaners strip years of buildup in a single visit, leaving your driveway and patio looking like the day they were poured.
We match pressure, temperature and tip to every surface: aggressive on concrete, controlled on pavers, gentle on wood. Oil-spot degreasing and rust-stain removal are available on request.
From single-driveway residential jobs to multi-building commercial pads and drive-thrus, we bring the same standard: even, streak-free results and a spotless site when we leave.

FAQ
Pressure Washing: questions we hear a lot
Will pressure washing damage my concrete or pavers?+
Not when done correctly. We match pressure, tip angle and technique to each surface. Pavers get a controlled pass; stamped concrete gets a low-pressure soft-wash approach; standard broom-finish concrete can handle full commercial pressure.
Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?+
In most cases, yes. We apply a specialty degreaser and dwell it before pressure washing. Deep, old oil stains may lighten dramatically but not disappear completely, we set that expectation up front and quote extra passes only if you want them.
How often should I pressure wash my driveway?+
Kitsap County driveways benefit from a full pressure wash every 1 to 2 years. Homes under heavy tree cover, near the water, or with a lot of foot traffic often go annual. Sealing your concrete after cleaning extends the clean look by 2 to 3×.
Can you pressure wash wood decks and fences?+
We clean wood, but rarely with straight high pressure, it lifts the grain and leaves fuzz. Wood decks and fences get a soft-wash treatment with a wood-safe cleaner that brightens without damage.
How much does pressure washing cost in Kitsap County?+
Typical driveway pressure washing runs $199 to $399, patios $149 to $299, and full driveway + walkway + patio bundles $399 to $699. Commercial and larger jobs are quoted per square foot after a walk-through.
Do I need to be home for the service?+
No. as long as we have water access and reach to the surfaces being cleaned, most customers are at work while we're on site. We send before/after photos on completion.
